The 21 Day Transformation is not a diet. It is a process of self discovery and habit change. ReCode NUTRITION will lead you through a highly developed step-by-step plan to establish new patterns of eating behaviors that transform your health, skin, digestion, body composition, clarity of thought and motivation to be active.

The ReCode Transformation is not designed to be a weight loss plan. It is a whole body revitilization program that initially includes significant weight loss for most people as your body settles into a healthy body composition.  However, the ultimate goal of the plan is set by you.

ReCode Nutrition takes you on a 21 day body composition transformation, recoding behaviors to promote habits associated with healthy eating. Most participants lose between 1.2% and 1.8% body fat in the 21 days. Balanced body composition drastically decreases risks for disease, improves sleep and increases energy levels to help maintain your new, healthy practices.

Why 21 days?

The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics says it takes about 21 days to establish a new behavior pattern and about 3 months to make it a habit. We use the minimum to show results and then give you the option to continue.

What if I want to lose more than just a few pounds?

ReCode NUTRITION Transformations are not specifically weight loss programs. However, if after the 21 days you feel like you want to continue with a weight loss specific program, you can schedule a complimentary 15 minute appointment with Rachel to discuss your goals and a continuing program to help you reach them.

I’d love to join but it’s outside of my budget.

The first two weeks includes all the food you will need during that period, so you can offset that with what you normally spend on groceries and eating out. You will also abstain from alcohol for a minimum of 1 week with a goal of 2 weeks, so think of that number and take it off the cost. Now you are pretty close to a neutral cost after just 2 weeks. You do pay for your food the 3rd week but after 2 weeks you will naturally consume less calories and alcohol and will have a clear weekly menu that will reduce your monthly grocery budget. After the 3rd week we find that most participants have spent less on food throughout the month than they normally do and continue to do so for varying amounts of time rendering the program cost neutral or even helping you save at the end of the month.

AFTER THE 21 DAYS…

If you are excited by your results but still have further to go, we have 3 month-to-month options to get you there. You will want to talk to Rachel first to see what membership fits you best and helps you continue on with the tools and resources you have found most helpful so far.

21 Days is a great way to make a behavior change but it takes 3 months to form a new habit. Rachel can keep you on track with your current success and get you to the point of forming a new habit where making healthy food choices becomes second nature and just a part of your new healthier lifestyle.

Also, it helps us provide you with a better experience with our dietitian as she is working with everyone in the same phase of the program.

About Rachel

Rachel has a B.S. in Dietetics from Arizona State University and is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. She has more than 15 years expereince as a dietitian and fitness instructor.

After graduating from Arizona State University, Rachel moved to San Diego to work as an in-house dietitian for a supplement company. She was very successful at creating programs that combined healthy recipes with high quality supplementation.

Eventually Rachel found her professional home at San Diego Core Fitness where she created her very successful ReCode Nutrition program.

San Diego Core Fitness was closed during the pandemic so Rachel chose to return to Canada with her husband and 1 year old daughter in tow. Since the begining of their marriage they had dreamed of relocating to Kelowna to continue their fitness and nutrition programs and raise their daughter in the natural beauty of the Okanagan.

In Kelowna, Rachel has refined the original ReCode Nutrition program down to it’s most succesful elements and partnered with the best juicery and meal prep companies available to bring you the all new ReCode Nutrition 21 Day Transformation.

About Rachel
