Each one of their incredible tasting cold pressed juices includes more than 1.5 lbs of organic vegetables and fruits. Cold pressed juice has been scientifically proven to reduce gut bacteria associated with obesity and increase gut bacteria associated with healthy body composition after a specific 3 day prescripiton.

For the general population that is not diagnosed with a digestive issue, the 3 day juice fast will eliminate digestion as a roadblock to achieving healthy body composition and overall improved health and immunity.

Take a vacation from cooking and get incredibly healthy at the same time. Our Recode Nutrition dietitian and chef have teamed up with BLK BOX meal prep to bring you the exact dietary prescription our program utilizes to help you discover the diet that fits you best.

BLK BOX is healthy fast food and gourmet meal prep (that typically comes in a black takeaway container) that combines a love for delicious, quality food with fitness. They use fresh, local ingredients that are often organic, free range, non-GMO and prepared to a higher standard than most high end restaurants. 

BLK BOX provides you with 4 days of specific foods that are recommneded post juice fast that are liver supportive and help your body metabolize fat more effeciently and effectively. The next 7 days of BLK BOX meals follow a specific elimination schedule that helps you identify foods that benefit you most and foods that may disagree with you.

In total, BLK BOX provides you with 11 days of meals as part of our program and is included in the price. These meals are dietitian designed and recommended and contain recommended calories for people without any diagnosed conditions or chronic disease.

NUTRITION

Recode Nutrition will provide you with specifically designed meals from BLK BOX for 11 days following the juice fast. The first 4 days are plant based, liver supportive foods that increase in calories from day-to-day. After the liver optimization phase you will enter into the discovery phases. Food groups such as dairy, wheat and animal proteins will be added back in then taken away again. This allows you the opportunity to discover which foods agree or disagree with you and find a weekly nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and dietary needs best.

Our dietitan will also get you setup with your own Evolution Nutrition account to track your success throughout the program and guide you to the meal plan that suits you best based on the findings from the discovery phase of the program. 

Evolution Nutrition provides you with menus, recipes and grocery lists. You can strictly stick to the recipes and thake the guesswork out of your weekly meal planning or you can use it as a guide and find your own favorites that fall into about the same quanities and macros profile.
